Too long
So I have been away for far too long. Many things have happened in the world, in my life, and with those around me. Life is grand, jobs, friends, family, living arrangements all outstanding. Just had some excess baggage that needed to be jettisoned but as with all fringe materials they are hard to let go but once you do it simplifies life and creates a better future. I should be on here more often now. I believe school will force my hand and will hopefully have some insight...stay tuned.

Redskins Draft 09
Alright so last year we got a coach (we will see if he is worth it this year) now we need to start building our team. We have a QB or can go get one (Cutler) we have a running back for now (Portis) and a stock pile of receivers that should mature and we good in Moss, Randle el, Kelly, and Thomas. We also have a Pro Bowl TE in Cooley and a Pro Bowl FB in Sellers. That brings us to our offensive need, LINE. Pretty much any of the line positions need help whether its for depth, age, or just need someone new.
Defense, we have a solid FS and good corners in Hall, Rodgers, and Smoot. We need a play making SS. Also, we picked up a stud in Haynesworth (is he worth a 100 Mill, no, but thats what Snyder does). We need to pick up a pass rushing end and depth on the line. Linebackers are good but old some fresh backers would be great.
For the first round pick the 'Skins should shoot for either getting Orakpo or the best OT on the board, if any of the top tier ones are left. If the chance comes for the Skins to trade the 13th pick to drop less than 7 spots and pick up a second round pick they should.

Why Coco?
Why exactly are the Sox holding on to Coco Crisp??? It is a follish and ignorant move. He is simply dead weight that could potentially hold back the progress of Jacoby Ellsbury. Ellsbury is a fine fielder, great at the plate, and can run. Why is Crisp still around? Send him away pick up some more minor leaguers to develop for the future. The only reason fathamable for the Sox to hold Crisp is as a back up to both Ellsbury and Man-Ram because right is well taken care of with Drew and Kielty. Kielty another reason that they can remove Crisp, he can play right and move Drew to center if Jacoby needs a day off....well more to come later on this subject.

Zorn???
How do the 'Skins go from interviewing former head coachs and coordinators to hiring a guy who has no NFL coordinator/hc experience? Spags would have been great for the orginization. He didn't even get an offer. Snyder is a moron!!!. Oh well lets see if Zorn has some magic, this blog could be pointless if Zorn molds Jason Campbell into a superstar and the O decides to score some points. D should be set, well except for that whole not having Sean Taylor (RIP21). They should be able to pick up some decent guys in the draft to tend to the line and maybe get a late round safety.
